| Semi-night canirando Magnifique canirando de 11 km au départ du village typique de Prouilhac. D+ 302 Semi-nocturne, prenez vos frontales! Départ groupé, devant les randonneurs, en guise d'ouverture sous les encouragements des villageois! Chemin large en castine longeant un ruisseau puis menant dans la forêt sous les chênes et les pins. Alternance de sentiers mono-trace, chemins forestiers, ruisseau en contre bas et collines. Un site % nature, totalement préservé! Ravitaillement à mi-parcours. Points d'eau naturels. |

| Canicross of the hill Canicross mass start. 6 km D+ 137 Départ en bas d'un pré, traversée du village puis direction la forêt pour une boucle vallonée % nature sous les chênes et les pins. Au sommet de la colline, admirez la vue avant de redescendre! Alternance de chemins et sentiers mono-trace. Points d'eau naturels. Circuit très ludique pour les binômes! |

This year again, the Prouilhacois are opening their circuits to us for a sporting and festive weekend to close the season.
You will progress on routes accessible only once a year, in beautiful pine forests, you will climb hills, follow streams with several swimming spots for your pairs.
A preserved, fun, 100% natural site, starting from a typical Lot village!
•PROGRAM:
>> Saturday 22/6 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.: checks and distribution of bibs.
⚠️ No checks will be possible on Sunday mornings. There will only be a bib collection from 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
>> Saturday 22/6 5:30 p.m.: dog hiking briefing without dogs please (the departure time may be delayed depending on the temperatures).
>> Saturday 22/6 6 p.m.:
Untimed 11 km canirando;
Group departure;
Human and canine resupply at mid-course;
Natural water points;
Snack and refreshments on arrival!
Remember your camel bag with water for you, your dog + its foldable bowl (there will also be natural water points and drinking troughs 🪣).
SNACK PROVIDED TO EACH REGISTRATION UPON ARRIVAL.
>> Sunday 23/6 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.: bib collection (no checks possible).
>> Sunday 7:30 a.m.: mandatory canicross briefing without dogs.
>> Sunday 8 a.m.: canitrail, mass start, 11 km;
(time may be brought forward depending on temperatures if necessary)
MEAL at noon, FREE for each registrant.
