Schedules :

- Veterinary and equipment check from 7:45 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.

- Collection of bibs from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

- Briefing without dog at 9:00 a.m.

- Start of the first race at 9:30 a.m.

Race times (see registration) are given for information purposes only. These are subject to change depending on the number of participants per event.


(Recognition possible on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday until 9:00 a.m.)

The site will be closed at night, so it will be impossible to sleep there.

REMINDER In accordance with article R. 111-33 of the Town Planning Code, wild camping, even temporary, is prohibited in national forests.


Refreshment bar - Catering:

A catering/refreshment stand will be made available to you.

The profits will be donated to the SPA. So don't hesitate to come and do a good deed.


Various information :

- If Kennel Cough is proven in the department, provide water for the race.

- A draw will be carried out among the competitors who will have to pass the veterinary check (except passport validated by the Federation) and equipment before collecting their bib.

- The dog's health record is mandatory on the race site.

- The organizers reserve the right to modify the routes and timetables until the last moment, if this proves necessary. Final times will be posted on race day.

- The organizer is covered by an insurance policy. Licensees benefit from the guarantees granted by the insurance linked to their license. For non-licensed competitors, it is their responsibility to personally insure themselves against the risks of physical harm and against the actions of the dog placed in their care during the duration of the event (civil liability). A day license is included in the registration fee for non-licensees.


By registering, the competitor:

- Agrees to respect his dog, the judges, the organizers, the volunteers, the other competitors.

- Authorizes the “Canicross Val de Loire” association to use photos taken on the day of the events for promotional purposes.

- Undertakes to notify the organizers if his dog should be in heat on the day of the race.

- Attests to having been warned by the organizers regarding his responsibilities regarding physical harm and the actions of the dog in his care.

- Confirm having read the FFSLC regulations applied to this event (available at https://ffslc.fr/reglement-de-course/ ).

- Confirms that you accept the organizer's registration conditions.
