Departure 09:00 mass start
The mass start adds a dose of adrenaline right from the start on an initial 2 km climb, which will serve to stretch the peloton and warm up the legs. This section can be crucial to position yourself well before continuing with a descent on a 4x4 track. This part will not allow you to recover, it is intense and requires you to remain attentive to your supports. The main climb, 650 meters of elevation gain will be the real test of your endurance and your mental strength. This is where a good part of the race will be played out, so make sure to manage your effort and that of your faithful companions to keep your strength until the summit. At this point you will find a flat part where you will have a moment of respite, take advantage of it to recover and appreciate the landscape, but stay focused because the descent is approaching. The last section is a descent on technical and fast trails that will require all your attention and good control of your supports.
