Some important information for all future cani-trailers who do not have an FFSLC license
Canitrail is more of an endurance discipline. The equipment is the same as for Canicross.
The Canitrail course is longer than the Canicross course with a distance of between 10 and 20 km and a greater difference in altitude.
The pace is different, however, because you generally have to alternate between running and walking.
It is wise to bring your own supplies, especially water, to keep your dog hydrated.
The rules are the same as for canicross: you must respect your dog, you must not pull it, prevent it from relieving itself or getting food, and you must wait for it if necessary.
