Program :
7:15-8:30 a.m.: bib distribution and equipment check (Do not arrive at the checkpoints at the last minute. Come early to avoid the queue!)
8:30 a.m.: Welcome address
9 a.m.: departure (Wave of 10 every 30 seconds)
11:30 a.m. (or earlier depending on the last arrivals): awards ceremony (first 3 men and first 3 women)
Mandatory equipment to bring: survival blanket, charged phone and 500 ml water.
